At Organized Purely, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We understand that our Premium Industrial-Grade Silicone Molds are essential tools for your creative projects, and we prioritize safe, efficient, and reliable delivery to your doorstep. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure you have clear expectations from the moment you place your order.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To ensure the highest standard of delivery and product integrity, we currently limit our shipping area to the 48 contiguous United States.
Due to the industrial size, weight, and specialized packaging requirements of our professional-grade molds, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. These shipping locations often have size restrictions that are incompatible with our protective transit packaging. We kindly ask that you provide a physical delivery address at checkout to ensure your order arrives safely and without delay.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We believe in straightforward pricing without any hidden surprises. Our shipping structure is simple:
- Free Shipping: Orders over $80.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below $80.00, a flat rate of $9.00 applies.
The price you see at checkout is the final price for your delivery; there are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To set clear expectations, please refer to the following delivery timeline breakdown:
Handling Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery Time.
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time – CST). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
- Order Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This period includes order verification, industrial quality inspection, and specialized secure packaging.
- Transit Time: 2-12 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Depending on your location within the Continental United States, your package will be in transit for this duration via our trusted carriers.
- Total Estimated Delivery: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-15 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Tracking & Carrier Information
We partner with leading logistics providers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure your order is handled professionally. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple large-scale molds or items that are temporarily out of stock, we may split your order into multiple packages to get your available items to you as quickly as possible. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Organized Purely is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
Given the specialized nature of our silicone molds, we take extreme care in packaging. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite a replacement or refund, please provide:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the damaged product.
- Clear photos of the external shipping box.
