Product Representation and Technical Specifications
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please be advised of the following industry-standard conditions:
- Color Accuracy: Due to variations in digital monitor settings, display technology, and ambient lighting conditions, the actual color of our silicone molds may differ slightly from the images on your screen. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Dimensional Tolerances: Given the flexible and specialized nature of high-grade silicone, a physical tolerance of ±1-3mm is an inherent attribute of the manufacturing process. All dimensions provided are approximate.
- Shipping Impacts: To ensure safe delivery, some larger molds may be securely packaged in a way that requires minor manual adjustment upon arrival. Any temporary compression from packaging does not affect the structural integrity or the performance of the mold once laid flat.
Usage Safety and User Responsibility
Our products are specialized industrial tools intended for use by experienced woodworkers and resin artists. By purchasing from Organized Purely, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Safety Protocols: Users are responsible for following all safety guidelines related to the resins and chemicals used within our molds. Organized Purely is not liable for property damage or personal injury resulting from the improper handling of casting materials or the failure to use appropriate release agents.
- Heat Management: Resin casting generates exothermic heat. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their resin pour depth matches the mold’s specifications. We are not liable for molds that are damaged or “burned” due to excessive heat generated by improper resin mixing or pouring techniques.
Corrections, Shipping, and External Factors
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel orders placed based on incorrect pricing or stock information.
Furthermore, all estimated shipping times are estimates only. Organized Purely shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier backlogs, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
In no event shall Organized Purely, its directors, or its employees be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the performance of our products.
