1. Our Commitment to Your Craft

At Organized Purely, we take immense pride in providing premium industrial-grade silicone molds and creative resin casting equipment. We understand that your projects—from massive river tables to intricate keepsakes—require absolute precision. If a tool does not meet the structural standards necessary for your creative journey, we are here to ensure a transparent and professional resolution.

2. 30-Day Return Window & Eligibility

To maintain the integrity of our professional-grade tools, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following Product Condition Requirements:

  • The mold or equipment must be in brand-new, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are shielded from damage during transit.
  • The product must be free of any resin residue, dust, or physical alterations.

3. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

To ensure your return is processed efficiently and to prevent logistics errors, we utilize a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.

  • Step 1: Contact our expert support team at [email protected] within the return window.
  • Step 2: Provide your Order Number and the reason for your return. (If the item is damaged, please see Section 4).
  • Step 3: Once approved, we will provide you with an RMA Number and the specific Return Address instructions.
IMPORTANT WARNING: Please do not send items back to the sender’s address listed on your original shipping label without contacting us first. Returns sent without a verified RMA will not be accepted and may be lost in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Missing Pieces

We believe in fair and transparent cost allocation based on the nature of the return:

  • Merchant Responsibility (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item): If your mold arrives warped, damaged, or is the incorrect model, Organized Purely covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the defect. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label in these cases.
  • Missing Pieces: If you discover any missing components upon opening your package, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the received items. We will arrange for the missing parts to be shipped to you immediately at no additional cost.
  • Customer Responsibility (Customer Remorse/Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer need the mold or selected the wrong size/geometry, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

5. Zero Restocking Fees ($0.00)

In full compliance with our transparency standards and to support our community of makers, Organized Purely does not charge any restocking fees. You will never see a hidden “processing fee” or “restocking deduction” on your refund ($0.00 Restocking Fee).

6. Refund Processing & Banking Timelines

Once your return package is received at our operations center, our team will conduct a manual inspection within 1–3 business days.

  • Approval: If the item meets our eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed immediately.
  • Method: The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
  • Bank Processing: Please note that it typically takes 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account.

7. Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the order has likely entered our logistics workflow and must be treated as a standard return.
  • Fraud Prevention: To protect our community and brand integrity, Organized Purely reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is found to be heavily used, intentionally damaged, or a “swapped” product that did not originate from our store.

8. Product Safety & Choking Hazard

Choking Hazard Warning: Our products may contain small parts that are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please keep all packaging materials and small components out of reach of children and pets to prevent choking hazards.
