A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. All sensitive payment data is protected via SSL encryption technology during transmission.
Product Representation, Modifications & Pricing
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, due to the specialized nature of high-grade silicone, you acknowledge that:
- Dimensional Tolerances: A physical size tolerance of ±1-3mm is an inherent characteristic of our industrial-grade molds and shall not be deemed a defect.
- Visual Variations: Actual colors may vary slightly based on your monitor settings and environmental lighting.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Prohibited Uses & Intellectual Property
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (e) to crawl, scrape, or harvest any data or content from this website for any commercial or unauthorized purpose.
