Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from and what areas do you cover?
A: All orders are processed and managed from our operations center within the United States. We currently specialize in serving the domestic United States market. Please note that due to the industrial size and weight of many of our silicone molds, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses; a physical delivery address is required for secure delivery.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80.00. For orders below $80.00, a flat shipping rate of $9.00 applies. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your total delivery time is composed of two phases:
  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: Depending on your location within the Continental United States, shipping typically takes 2-12 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-15 business days from the date of purchase.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the mold must be in its original, unused factory condition—free of resin residue, dust, or fingerprints—and in its original packaging. We are proud to state that we charge No Restocking Fees.
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
A: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (Quality Issues), Organized Purely will cover all return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item due to a change of mind or “buyer’s remorse,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To ensure your return is tracked and processed correctly, you must first email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific return address instructions. Please do not send items back to the address on your shipping label without this authorization, as unauthorized parcels cannot be accepted.

Products & Quality

Q: Will the mold dimensions and appearance be exactly as shown?
A: Because our products are specialized industrial tools, please account for minor physical variations. Due to the flexible nature of high-grade silicone, a size tolerance of ±1-3mm is considered normal. Furthermore, while we strive for color accuracy in our photography, actual shades may vary slightly depending on your monitor’s calibration and lighting conditions.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: We take great care in packaging our molds, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways to ensure your financial data remains 100% secure.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
A: Because we strive to maintain a 1-business-day handling time, the window for modifications is very small. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be intercepted or canceled.
